Direct booking is mandatory: Please do not trust drivers, hotels, or people claiming to be locals. You may see some reviews saying they were overcharged, that’s because the driver, hotel, or broker dropped them off at a different establishment, not at the Coconut Basket Boat with Yen. You can book in advance and pay after the tour ends.

Transportation: You can come to our place by motorbike or bicycle to park. If you don’t have a vehicle, we also provide a car pick-up service, or you can use Grab. However, you must look at the map very carefully, otherwise the driver might drop you off on the road and you’ll have to walk a long distance.

If someone follows you and tries to persuade you to join them, please go inside our shop! On the way to the coconut boat, some people might try to get you to join them, but please tell them that you have a reservation and ask them to go inside our shop. Because if you don’t tell them that you have a reservation with us or you stay outside, we won’t be able to provide you with a coconut boat.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is the policy of our business location. The images and logo are our store’s signage. We never pick up customers on the street, so no staff will come to greet you unless you follow the map precisely and see the correct shop images.

We will not charge anything extra except for the cost of riding on the spinning boat. The activities and experiences on the boat are all included. Additionally, if you have a good and happy time with the boat driver, you can tip them. Please let us know if you are overcharged.
